Poor service. The package was left outside of my building even though my intercom code was on the address. The driver never buzzed me and the package could easily have been stolen. I will not order again from a retailer that uses this service.

I had the exact same experience as another review. I was provided an estimated delivery date but instead of delivering the package the delivery date kept updating as the following day. After this happening for a week straight, I called to say that it must be "stuck in the warehouse" for some unknown reason. I was told I would be updated by email which has not happened. The apathetic "apology" offered by customer service felt like the equivalent of a teenager chewing gum, while on their phone and rolling their eyes at an annoying adult. THE WORST. I will never again order from Simons for the simple reason that they use this company as their delivery service.

My order never arrived even though the tracking said Out For Delivery, it changed every day. Example Dec 28th Out For Delivery, then the next day it says Out For Delivery Dec29th, then it never arrives. Changes to Dec 30th and so on. It's Jan 4th and it still says Out For Delivery, customer service won't answer my emails or calls. Really annoyed with them. Stay away!
