I was referred to Dr. Bourgeault through my Family Doctor. After waiting 4 months, I finally received a call. The doctor didnt seem very interested in my concerns and brushed me off by simply continuing the medication I was already on, and to call back in 3 months if my condition had not changed. They only accept calls between 8-12pm Monday to Thursday, although they never pick up, and often times the line just beeps busy or as if its off the hook.They say in their automated message that they do not respond to voicemails unless they are to cancel or reschedule appointments but there is no way to speak to your derm or even the receptionist to make an appointment to begin with. Disappointed after waiting months for a specialist Im referred to a place that doesnt seem to care about clients. Do not recommend.
