The staff made me feel discriminated against because I dont speak French, they waved me to the side with their hands and didnt even acknowledge me or give me any idea as to if I was going be seen. When I tried to ask a question the staff, they would just nod and then pick up the phone, although they talked to one another while both staring directly at me. I understand that we are a bilingual country and its fine to have pride in that but literally a 5 minute drive from parliament hill and the capital of Canada and refusing to speak to anything other than one language as an admin but spoke perfect and communicated clearly when I called in reflects very bad on morals and character of the helping profession and service at this location. After waiting what felt like an eternity I left to find another option for services. I will not be a returning client nor would I recommend this location to anyone.
