    I never ever get follow-up calls and when I do, they dont even show up for the appointment that they scheduled or even call you back to explain themselves... Waste of time money and ressources. Note to self - Dont ever take time off to schedule an appointment with these folks because theyll blow you off and wont even care. No one ever answers the phone and their extensions never work, does anyone work here? Sincerely, Your paying customer since 2013.

Ce matin: toujours rien reu -- alors que leur norme de service est de 3 jours. J'ai un doute et je vrifie le premier compte-chque inscrit mon dossier en 2015 et quelle surprise: Sunlife a vers mon argent dans ce compte que je n'utilise plus! Je n'ai mme plus la carte bancaire de cette institution! Ce matin, j'ai donc d faire transfrer les fonds entre mes deux compte-chques (ce qui prendra 2 jours ouvrables).
