        Lived here for 5 years. Great place, great location and good communication from the new management staff. Many updates have been done, making it a desirable place to live or invest in, in my opinion.

        A true nightmare! Very poor Board of Director: they act as dictators! No privacy: they go to your unit without notice all the time. Very poorly maintained building: it now requires millions in repairs! Guess who needs to pay? Very bad investment.
