Crossfit 819 is a place for motived, posative and supportive people of all ages and fitness levels. Prices are very competative and the facilities are unmatched. 819 presents an opportunity where beginners like myself get coaching, trianing, guidance, instruction and moral support from world class athletes... literal world crossfit games competators. I live in Ottawa and pass three crossfit gyms on my way to 819 that are all closer. This should give you an idea how motivated i am to be a member at this gym.

It's a wonderful place to work out!! The owners here are very friendly. Staff and gym goers are experienced and encouraging. The place has a strong sense of community. As long as you show up, you will push your limits. With a membership, I have access to classes taught by the best trainers in small groups. This definitely beats the normal gyms. Ps. I wish I found this place earlier. Could have prevented some injuries. Highly recommend!!
