Farial and the team at Rose Epilation are amazing. What a gift for me to find Farial when I moved to Ottawa in 2021z I am very particular about my eyebrows and I wouldnt trust anyone else with them but Farial and the team at Rose Epilation. They are clean and precise and take a lot of care when they provide services. The staff is friendly and helpful. Between the staff members they can serve you in many different languages including English, French, Hindi and Arabic. The space is beautiful and clean. I see Farial once or twice a month for Face threading, facial and waxing. Farial has also done for me lash lifts, and when allergy season dies down, I plan to resume those as well! I wouldnt go anywhere else in the Ottawa - Gatineau area for Beauty services. 10/10 would recommend. Je demande de l'avoir en Franais. J'ai tent de rpondre tant bien que mal ce questionnaire en anglais. L'pilation a commenc et j'ai tout de suite su qu'elle avait trs peu d'exprience. plusieurs reprises elle m'a tir la peau, car la cire n'tait pas assez chaude, la cire restait colle sur mes jambes, et la fin j'avais encore plein de poils derrire des cuisses. Elle me parlait en anglais et je ne comprenais rien, avec cet accent d'un autre pays. La facture s'levait 86.00$ avec taxes. J'ai demand une rectification et la personne en charge a corrig le tout, pour un total de 66.$ environ avec la taxe. Par contre j'ai dj eu une pilation pour la lvre suprieure avec les fils, et heureusement le tout s'est bien droul. Dommage qu'au Qubec l'on ne puisse tre servi dans notre langue qui est le Franais.
