I live in Aylmer in a townhouse and my AC stopped working. I called Webtis Chauffage and he answered immediately and ended up fixing my AC for a very reasonable fee in just one day. I didn't have to replace the AC which saved me a lot of money. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, just a really nice guy. He showed me how to turn off the system outside, performed tests and clearly explained what was wrong. He noticed that the wires from the AC running into the house was not caulked up so he did that for me right away and even cleaned the AC before he left. Had the fine fellas from Webtis install 2 heat pumps on our house: an 18000btu for a loft and a massive 60.000 btu for the main space. The work was excellent, with outmost professionalism. Emile and Francois showed up on time, got the job done within the predicted timelines and we're flexible on unit placement. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

EXCEPTIONAL. Top notch service from Emile who was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. We had our 2 heat pump/AC units cleaned by another company last year. We called Mitsubishi Canada and they recommended Webtis. Emile properly took out all components and we were aghast at the mould buildup inside each unit left uncleaned by the other company last year. When the components are not entirely taken out the drum & drain pan is where the mold was left to grow unseen by a visual inspection from the front grill opening. What a difference each piece looked like once properly cleaned. Emile also gave us many tips on how to get best performance out of our ductless systems.
