Nous n'avions pas saisi que l'appel de service 150$ n'incluait absolument aucune minute de main d'oeuvre, que le temps d'installation estim de 2h pourrait rapidement devenir 3h et que la "tlerie" ferait galement augmenter la facture. On a galement 2 techniciens diffrents sur place en mme temps pour lesquels le compteur de temps roule, mais pendant qu'un vrifie notre systme, l'autre ne peut travailler. (On a 2 techniciens diffrents car l'un d'eux est bless et ne peut faire ses tches habituelles.) L'appel au bureau aprs avoir reue la facture t des plus dplaisant, et j'ai vite compris que la seule hypothse privilgi est celle selon laquelle le client n'a pas bien compris et non celle selon laquelle la compagnie n'a pas bien dfini les cots. Je recommande pour la qualit du service technique mais pas pour le service la clientle.
