I had previously been a loyal customer of Squidpoxy and I have purchased the same brand of Squidpoxy Art resin for a few years now. I recently bought my usual 3 gallons, but when it arrived it was horrible. I used it as I usually do for flowers but as soon as I poured it I knew it was wrong. The smell was overwhelming. Previously the same kind had no smell. It was thick. It immediately flash cured and turned caramel colour. I contacted them and they informed me that they had changed the formula drastically. There is no mention of the change in formula on the website. They offered me 20% off my next purchase but would not provide a refund. The same product name and look but vastly different new product. Full of bubbles. Went from up to 1.5 pour to 1/4 pour. Cant even get past the smell.
