I rescheduled my appointment for next week on 13th January but snow storm occurred on 13th I could not take out my car from parking and again had to keep my kids home. I called them many times for cancelation but No one picked up. They gave me a punishment that I'm not allowed to book any appointment in future with them as I cancelled twice. The best part is I went personally on 12th and told them I might not be able to come to my appointment in case I'm not able to pull out my car from parking due to heavy snow. Such an inconsiderate and ruthless owner. If you have kids never ever go to this salon. The girls working in Salon are wounderful ladies.
