    Phone line 4 a receptionist that goes by the name Grady was rude, cut me off, put me on hold while i was speaking. She would not let me speak or finish my sentence. I had to kindly ask her to let me finish. While i explained the situation to her she did not want to listen either she put the phone down or removed her headset. I tried to explain that the document i sent by email was to be signed by my doctor since i could not bring it in to be signed due to me being ill at the moment. My doctor had advised me to come in with the document to have it signed and that he would do it right away, even if he was with a patient, he would take a minute to sign. I explained this to the receptionist yesterday, i sent her the document by email like she advised yesterday, i called back four times and was dismissed by two different receptionist Grady and another. Today it was Grady like yesterday morning. I was told to wait and I did from 11ish to closing time; I repeated to them a number of times my doctor said he could do it right away. Mind you this is for my work. The staff that answers line 4 may require some training and guidance. This is not the first time this happened to me and it wont be the last. It is a clinic, people go there because they are either expecting good news, maybe ill or trying not to receive bad news. Its harder as it is, and to add someone lacking empathy and compassion at the front desk to the mix makes it difficult to call and communicate effectively. My doctor is amazing. However, hopefully the head of the administration will read these reviews and do what is necessary so the staff that represents this clinic is providing these services with care and a dose of empathy and compassion. Update: I finally lost my wits. Still have not received my document and of course same two receptionist giving me trouble and purposely not doing their jobs. They refuse to pass me to a manager. They are just good for escalating situations. I will bring this up with my doctor. How are these individuals not getting flagged by the administration?

Their system of calling at a specific time of the month to make an appointment is abitrary, inaccessible and I can't believe that a clinic does this in 2023. It's not uncommon that you can't even call the clinic and that the line hangs up, for lack of personnel to answer it. Currently, we are still waiting for the 18-month follow-up appointment with our family doctor for our child who will soon be 2 years old. The last time my baby had an appointment was when she was one year old. Even if the situation is special, the clinic refuses to allow our daughter to be seen for a follow-up appointment by another doctor or nurse practitioner. Prsentement, on attend toujours pour le rdv de suivi de 18 mois avec notre mdecin de famille pour notre enfant qui aura bientt 2 ans. La dernire fois que mon bb a eu un rdv tait lorsquelle avait un an. Mme si la situation est particulire, la clinique refuse que notre fille soit rencontre pour un rdv de suivi par un(e) autre medecin ou infirmier(e) praticien(ne).

    Havent had any issues with my doctor since he moved to this clinic , the receptionist is always rude and they dont seem to care about their jobs. My doctor was supposed to fax my prescription to my pharmacy but the computers were down (so this isnt on him) I called to get them to send it , they tell me they dont know how long itll take to get him to sign it. Bad clinic but my dr is great.
