I should start by saying all doctors/ nurses we have dealt with at this clinic have been great. However, the clinic itself is 0 stars. If you dont cancel your appointment you get charged $30 which is understandable, however is it too much to ask to have an actual person who answers the phone?? Absolutely no way to leave a voicemail either. If you want to cancel an appointment good luck, they dont offer online cancellation as an option either. You have to drive into the clinic and cancel in person. I guess this is what happens when they know you have no other choice for health care.
