We used Edelweiss Party Rentals for our wedding this past Sunday and they were very accommodating! They drove an hour to deliver and pickup, worked with our timeframes, were super friendly, and had very affordable pricing and top notch rentals items as well. I would recommend them to everyone!

Even one star is too many for this supplier. We hired them for an event at 11h and asked them to be there by 9am to have enough time to set up the room. They weren't there by 10 so we called to inquire on their whereabouts. They told us "they were close". We called back at 10:15. They were supposedly still close. We called again at 10:30, at which point we were told to stop calling and to 'let them do their job" and then he hung up on us. Well, they didn't do their job. They showed up at 11h15, at which point our event had started and it was too late. We were counting on them and not only was their customer ethic questionable, we ended up buying everything at Walmart 20 min prior to our event (chairs, glasses, plates, tables...). I will never do business with them again, which is their loss because we hold several events a year that are on a much bigger scale. They weren't able to help us with a small event, I will surely not trust them with a big one.
