Boston Pizza

Giving this Boston pizza a 1-2 star review. We had went there and requested a seat for 2 people and were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 45 minutes of waiting we decided to leave and not wait any longer. This restaurant needs more staff and more tables.

Disappointed. I ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. Nice hostess. Got home and they had given me an order of fries which I had not ordered, instead of the jalapeo dip. I called and asked for a refund as I was not going out to the restaurant again for their mistake. The hostess had to get the managers approval to finally advise they would refund the next day as they were busy at the moment. She took my cc number and phone number. This was Sunday. I have not been reimbursed yet. I went by the restaurant this afternoon, no manager on site until 4pm. Left my number and said I expected a call upon his arrival. Nothing yet. And who knows where my cc information was left??? I am hoping for resolution.

I am an Uber delivery person every time there is a lack of parking on weekends and your employee with the black car always takes a quick courtesy space 30 minutes it's not smart

I waited 25 minutes just for my bill!!!!! No one knows how to use their POS system apparently......was provided a bill that wasn't mine and was expected to pay it because they accidentally gave my bill to someone else. Incompetence to the max.
