A couple of months ago, we ordered pizza online. It never showed up so we called the store. They confirmed that the driver dropped it off at the wrong house and when we asked for a refund, they alternatively offered a credit which would be saved under our address which we accepted. Fast forward to today, we call to place an order and mention the credit that we had for the driver's mistake and the person on the phone tells me he can't honour the credit and says "do you think I can look back 3 months?". Seems unprofessional to me to offer credits instead of refunds when a) you don't communicate that they should be used within a certain timeframe and b) you don't have any way of maintaining records of incidents like these. If an owner or manager is willing to come to their senses and do what's reasonable, I'll gladly amend my review and rating to reflect the quality of their food which is much higher than the quality of the service I seem to be getting from them.
