        I highly recommend Bonsai Ottawa! Although their selection caters more towards more experienced practitioners, there was still a massive selection of plants available for a beginner like myself. Helen also went above and beyond to help me decide on a tree that would suit my experience level/price point, and explained in great detail on how to properly take care of my new bonsai. Thank you again Helen! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

        The owners were extremely rude. I am an experienced bonsai amateur and the woman was very rude and impatient. Although they have a very nice collection, this was a very negative experience and I do not plan to go there ever again
