I did the follow up and reception/management said that I had to redo and repay a consultation fee because it had been more than 2 years. No changes in my case in 2 years so unfortunately took the decision to go elsewhere. I refuse to pay twice for same service at same location. Unfortunately it was a reception/management decision.
