Horrible customer service.. Products are poor quality, and often recieved as expired and soured.. more than once.. Bought over $400 in steak that was on sale, and it tasted sour and very obviously went rancid. Owner didn't care, and refused to refund. They won't return calls or give the courtesy of answering emails. Our delivery driver was always very friendly, but beyond horrible customer service in the main office. Too bad, because it was a great concept company. The owner just doesn't care.
