Most unprofessional and unwilling group Ive had to deal with as a condo owner. Lack tremendously of common skills such as; courtesy, tact, professionalism. Instead of adressing a problem or a concern they will find a way to deflect onto others to avoid doing their job. Bottom line is they are in for the monthly income and provide slight to no value to your condominiums gestion. Special shout out to Luc for yelling over the phone, telling me that he couldnt do his job and had enough of me following up. If possible, save yourselves from the trouble of dealing with this gestion at all cost!
