Shoes are of great quality, but the service at this location is awful. Only once have we gone and actually met somebody who was helpful and who knew what she was doing (another employee had measured my son's feet wrong). Today was the worst, with 4 people in conversation behind the counter and nobody greeting us or offering us help. I was looking for models that were on sale on the website; there were none of them in the store. I asked if we could try on a few pairs of the same brands that were on sale on the website, so at least we knew which size to go for online. They didn' even bring the same size for the second model (no wonder one felt bigger than the other) and never mentioned anything about it. Plus one of the staff should really use deodorant as the smell was awful. So basically, it's a great spot to have around if you know which size you wear in a particular brand and stick with this brand all the time so that then you can just go in and get what you want without any need to try on or need any advice.
