I made a facial appointment with Rosa. We spoke on the phone and she told me to come Saturday at 1:30. When I arrived, there was a lady and she told me that Rosa wasnt there at the moment but she offered me to wait. I go outside to wait for around 10 minutes, only to come back and Rosa still wasnt there. While waiting, I tried calling and texting, but no reply. Its been a week and I still never got a text or call back (to receive an apology). I basically wasted my time. Very disappointed.

I received such great services from this Spa! Rosa, the owner and esthetician, is so welcoming and takes every precaution to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. The Hydrating facial I received left my skin feeling soft and rejuvenated with a nice glow. I will definitely be returning for more services! Thanks Rosa!

Such a great experience here! I initially went in for a facial and noticed the many more services Rosa offers here. I noticed plumper and smoother skin after my facial. I also went in the following week for classic eyelash extensions and fell in love.
