        Terribly long process for nothing. Not sure why they favour non paying tenants. Imstead of tax paying landlords.

        Terrible service! It's rigged like every other system against the little person. You have to run around like a chicken with your head cut off and spend copious amounts of money to find out what is going on. You call into their telephone line and they refer you to other places who only tell you to ultimately contact a lawyer. I am new to renting but I can see why many people want to buy their own place! It's because landlords are not lords of anything -- they just want your money! THere's no help for the "Little person" in society much at all EXCEPT maybe if you are a protected class like "minority" or "women" even if the minority is becoming the majority. It's all designed to crush the producers in society and the people who built and build this society.
