I submitted my documents online 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten anything back. My file got assigned to Dianne Proulx Martin and I called several times over the past couple weeks and managed to only reach Dianne two times. The first time, she told me she'd finish my file and send everything to me by that same night, Friday April 14th, and then when I didn't receive anything and called back the next day, she said she'd send them to me that same evening again. It's been 10 days since that second call and I still haven't gotten anything. I sent a message through the website and tried calling back many times after that but the receptionist I spoke to would always say Dianne was working away from the office or she was busy with a client. So instead, the receptionist sent a message to Dianne through MS Teams to rush my file twice and still, I have not heard back. I logged in two days ago and saw that my file has been reassigned to someone else: Lisa Bracci. I'm hoping she'll be able to get it done ASAP. I file through H&R every year and have never had an issue. I also filed my mom's taxes through an H&R office in Gatineau and they got it all done for her within 2 days. I am very upset with the lack of service I've gotten at this location.
