        Quick service. And they speak excellent French. Not sure about English but I imagine it is ok to. Areas to improve: the online tool generates a report that is not as clear as it should be. I think one of the accountants realized this. Strengths When I showed up to sign the documents, the Admin assistant did not try to fudge a response. She called one of the accountants and he addressed the issue with minimal fuss. What I wish the online tool would do: provide two documents. Document 1: tax report (around 50 pages) Document 2: PDF for any signatures that are needed so you dont have to search for anything.
