Deuximement, juste un bonjour avant que l'employer me tourne le dos et parte. J'ai du moi mme lui demander de me donner un service. Ensuite, je lui ais donner ma lettre reu par vidotron indiquant un rabais car j'ai 1 cellulaire avec la compagnie. Le monsieur ne l'a mme pas lue qu'il me dit que je dois acheter un 2e tlphone pour y avoir droit. Je lui ais demander de lire la lettre car c'est indiquer qu'il faut seulement 1 tlphone pour avoir le rabais. Il regarde dans mon compte me dit qu'effectivement je suis admissible ce rabais puis me dit que je dois appeler videotron car il ne peut pas me le donner en personne, alors que le bas de la lettre indique clairement de se prsenter en succursale.... bref au moins via appel direct videotron j'ai pu enfin rgler la situation mais une chose est sre, je ne retournerai plus cet endroit!
