        The process of signing in and getting the rules was seamless. There is a short walk to get to the zip tower, and plenty of stairs (which is to be expected!) The safety points were double checked, and the staff was all pleasant. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me, is because while it is over the Ottawa River, and there's a great view of some falls from the bridge you walk over to the zip tower, the actual scenery and surrounding area where you zipline is not the most beautiful. Perhaps as things progress and unused looking building are revamped, it will be prettier to look at. But overall a great experience, for a really reasonable price, and the video add on you can purchase is well done!
