Upon making a reservation, we were told that there were no available cars except for a luxury car at a different location. We went to said location, went through the entire process, to be informed at the end that our visa could not be used as it has to have the same name as the one on the drivers license. That is fine, but they then magically found a standard car that could be paid for with debit. We were informed the car would be ready for 3, which was 2 hours away. At 3, we were informed that the car was not in fact ready and we would be given another standard car (funny how these cars are magically becoming available when we were told previously there was only a mustang that same morning when the reservation was made). We waited another 30 minutes for the third car. Only then were we informed that a 300$ deposit was necessary on a $300 rental. Overall very unpleasant and unorganized endeavour. The staff was nice though.
