        I actually ordered my chairs through Wayfair but they came from Createch. I expected commercial grade leather on the chairs. But after a few years they are shedding the outer layer of fabric. I had a couple of emails about my chairs from Createch but nothing definitive on if they could help me or why they didnt hold up. The chairs were beautiful and Im very sad this happened. Createch stated that my chairs were 6 years old but at that time they were about 3 years old. Commercial grade should last longer for residential use, the average restaurant doesnt change their chairs every 3-6yrs. Im also surprised that Createch responded to a review I posted but claimed they could not see the pictures I was sending them via email. Finally I have had the chairs reupholstered because the foundation of the chairs are constructed well, also the upholsterer confirmed that the original fabric was too thin to be considered commercial and that it shouldnt have flaked like it did.
