The rep has been helpful, the tools are good but the administration has been shady and unprofessional in its behavior. We were clearly offered N30 after the first purchase and then this was retracted by no fault of ours. I was told by the accounting department that the instructions came from Mr. Corigliano, while he sarcastically passes the blame to the rep and back to the accounting department instead of taking responsibility for the statements and offers made. I know that all parties were advised along the way, but once we were deep in the process of ordering, the rules changed and we as a customer, were caught between being forced to accept the new terms or restarting our purchasing with another company. My vote will be to go to the competition Wilson or Mate, as they are comparable and compatible. Now I know that our small orders mean little to such a big company with a big company attitude.
