Si j'avais pu mettre 0 c'est ce que j'aurais inscrit. Nous avions tlphon en fvrier 2021 afin d'obtenir un rendez-vous pour avril afin de faire rparer notre piscine creuse. On nous a alors mentionn qu'il fallait appeler le 1er avril pour avoir un rendez-vous. Maxime nous avait dit qu'il y aurait aucun problme qu'il allait venir en avril pour rparer notre piscine, il avait mme fait une estimation par tlphone sans mme avoir vu la piscine, ce que j'ai d'ailleurs trouv bizarre. Le 1er avril nous avons tlphon afin d'obtenir notre rendez-vous comme on nous avait dit. Suite cet appel la rception nous a alors dit que Maxime allait nous rappeler afin de fixer un rendez-vous d'ici 2 semaines. Aprs 3 semaines sans avoir eu de nouvelles mon conjoint dcide de rappeler. Maxime lui a alors dit et je cite : c'est pas parce que tu appeles plus souvent que tu auras ton rendez-vous plus vite, tu iras trouver un autre cave, moi a me drange pas de perdre un client. Nous sommes rendu le 21 juillet et nous sommes toujours en attente qu'il nous appelle. J'ai fait rparer ma piscine par piscine originale, excellent service trs professionnel et excellent prix. Donc je ne recommande pas cette entreprise piscine urbania car aucun savoir vivre, trs impoli, et ne tienne pas parole. Aprs avoir attendu de nombreux mois, nous ne pouvons que mettre un avis ngatif ce que nous aurions aim viter. Le service a t tellement dsastreux que nous navons pas dautre choix. Fin 2020, nous avons fait affaire avec Urbania Piscine qui a install un spa creus et le rsultat est le suivant ce jour : - initialement la communication avant de commander le spa a t bonne ; - linstallation devait prendre 2 jours et cela a dur prs dun mois avant que le spa soit oprationnel ; - nous ne savions jamais quand Maxime devait venir ou non ; - il nous avait t dit que des produits nous seraient offerts pour corriger la lenteur du service, ce que nous navons jamais eu; - le spa nest pas droit ; - aucune explication ne nous a t donne sur son fonctionnement malgr nos nombreuses demandes et les promesses de venir nous montrer ; - une crack est apparue au fond du spa et sur les cts plusieurs endroits alors que le spa tait cens tre comme neuf selon les dires de Maxime bien quil sagissait dun modle dexposition ; - aucune rponse nos nombreux courriels et appels ; Nous sommes trs dus davoir fait confiance Maxime qui a srement les comptences mais malheureusement nous avons subis sa dsorganisation et avons cru ses paroles toujours rassurantes. Nous attendons donc toujours actuellement quil vienne arranger la situation ...
