Service a la clientele pitoyable. Aprs 7 semaines d'attente, un rendez-vous avec le docteur J-R Timothe pour une patiente de 72 ans en pauvre sant cardiaque (et un client de 10 ans) a t canceller la veille sans explications et aucune option avant le mois prochain.
La secrtaire etait extrmement grossire, nous donnant un "Ben, allez dont a l'urgence si c'est si mal" comme explication quand nous lui avons demander si il serait possible de nous ajouter a une liste d'attente pour la semaine prochaine en cas de cancellation -- avant de nous raccrocher au nez.
Nous avons reporter cette clinique a l'Association des cardiologues du Qubec. vitez si la sant de vos parent vous concerne. Les personnes agges en souffrance cardiaque meritent mieux.
