On m'a seulement dit que a prendrait entre 2 et 5 jours ouvrables. Aprs 6 jours ouvrables j'ai du crire un message pour qu'on me contacte et on m'a seulement rapelle le lendemain pour me dire que mon chantillon de sang tait pris aux douanes et qu'il ne sera peut-tre plus bon alors je dois revenir faire d'autres prises de sang. J'ai demand tre rembourse ce qui a aussi t un processus long et ardu qui a prit 2 jours.
