I ordered Is Clinical : Cleansing complex on January 22, today is February 4, the product has not yet been shipped. I have been asked for ID and bank statement, I have already sent it to them twice but no response. I called them and they promised me that they would review my documents, but they still haven't done it. I am very disappointed with the service, because I ordered this product as a gift for my girlfriend and now I am not sure if I will be able to give it to her in time.

I ordered a mask on December and only received it couple days ago even though I paid for delivery. That turned out in a great inconvenience to me. They were not confirming my order until I contacted them, afterwards they required additional information to prevent fraud, as I was told. I sent that information couple times and asked for a feedback regarding order confirmation or a refund because the process became too long. Only couple weeks after, when I called them, they finally confirmed my order. Instead of 7-10 business days. The process took me almost a whole month.
