        I went here today to purchase a stove. The owner gave me an appointment to come in today. I went, even with the massive snow storm we had and lo and behold the owner, Roger, wasn't there. I spoke to a woman that was working there about getting a stove and she stated that she needed to contact Roger in order to get a price. When I saw that the owner was not coming and without even the kindness to call me, I asked that she give him the message to call me to discuss price. He never did. I cannot say how good his refurbished appliances are, but I can say his idea of customer service needs work.
