        I don't understand, I was at this place today ( Tim Hortons September 27, 2023 around 11:00 ) and I asked for a double espresso plus 5 creams in the same cup and then I asked the employee to heat it up for 30 seconds in the microwave. Unfortunately, the employee refused to put the cup in the microwave. I called the supervisor and Mrs Line came and refused to put the cup in the microwave. Their argument was that if the cup was heated in the microwave for 30 seconds, it would result in a burn to the worker's hand. She's shaking, her face is white from intense adrenaline and extreme nervousness. She explains me with and at the same time she creates with a high voice.
