Do not use this company for your home inspections. Mr. Baker missed a significant amount of visible damage and concerns that would have caused for significant renegotiations. I have filed against this company and him with the Inter-Nachi and will now have to go to court over this. Not to mention poor communication overall. STAY AWAY.

The worse inspection I have ever had. Paul broke hatch gasket to access attic and pointed it in report that seller has to fix it and pointed on missing drain stopper in bath tub where you can use silicon drain stopper. He also pointed on number of builder deficiencies without any professional explanation. Since the house didn't have any structural or foundation cracks he was trying to find miserable issues. We lost the buyer. I don't suggest his service.

Unlike many reviews here, this is a review after 3 years of home ownership following an inspection. There is a wide range of issues that should've been flagged -- some simple, others costly. This was with Peter Elliott. He has experience but perhaps not much motivation or professionalism. I regret retaining his/their services.
