Horrible buisness borrowed 73k had to pay 125 thousand back. The interest isn't worth it. It's more than half u borrowed.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THESE PEOPLE. They are third party interloper. They will call you if someone you know dies and demand money and make threats. They will send you a NOTICE and try to say it is a BILL. This is GROSS NEGLIGENCE EQUALLING FRAUD. Demand proof of a lawful two-party contract bearing either your signature as executor or the signature of the deceased that allows them to act as a third party. Demand proof of debt, and demand a BILL according to the Bills of Exchange Act. They DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE ONE. I have this in writing from them. You are under NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER TO PAY THESE PEOPLE. If there is a debt, set the debt off with the original creditors or debtors, not Phillips and Cohen. They also use bots with scripts to artificially inflate their google reviews. At the very least, I take the time to write each negative review of these fraudsters individually.

Edit- so, as it turns out, they are in fact third party interlopers. You are NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY THESE PEOPLE. When they call to harass you after someone dies, ask them for proof of a lawful two-party contract bearing either your signature or the signature of the deceased. They will send a NOTICE that fraudulently attempts to pass itself off as a bill. This is GROSS NEGLIGENCE EQUALLING FRAUD. Demand proof of debt. Demand a bill according to the Bills of Exchange Act. They CANNOT ISSUE ONE. When I reminded them that they were acting in a way that I considered GROSS NEGLIGENCE EQUALLING FRAUD, they were quick to "suspend collection activities" on my father's account. If there is a debt, set it off with the debtors or creditors directly. Do not pay these people, no matter what they threaten you with. Ps- they use bots and scripts to keep their google reviews high. Guess what, guys? Two can play that game.... You won't rip anyone off if I can help it.
