Review for an incident that happened in July 2022: The manager, Corina, had shown a disrespectful and derogatory attitude towards a friendly delivery driver upon order pickup. Big time damaging the companys image with her lack of savoir-vivre and her madness.

Horrible experience and I told them I would put a bad review. I went online and checked opening hours; it said open until 6pm. I placed my order, to be picked up at 5:30pm, was charged (80$) and I even received a confirmation. That was at 3:00pm. At 4pm I get a phone call while I am at work and I cannot answer. I see they left me a message saying they were finally closing at 5pm instead of 6 and that I would have to pick up my order at 4:00 instead. I called back but nobody picked up. I receive another call, 10 mins later saying that if I don't confirm that I can pick up my order by 4:00pm, it will be canceled and refunded. I was finally able to call back and I asked how come they offered the option of pick up at 5:30pm if they closed at 5pm and was told that the website needed updating. I waited a couple of days to see if the refund was done, and up to now, 6 days later, the charge is still there and no refund to be seen. I don't know how they think they can decide to close whenever they want? Super disappointed and the lady that answered me was almost blaming me for not answering my phone. Never again.

Service pouvantable. La seule personne prsente pendant le cong de Paques est unilingue anglophone. Il faut tout peler, nom, adresse, etc. Avec la tempte de verglas, je veux annuler ma commande qui n'a pas pu tre livre mais la jeune personne ne semble pas capable de le faire. Je suis alle en personne pour annuler puisque c'est impossible de les joindre par tlphone. 4 jours plus tard, ce n'est toujours pas annul.
