Terrible service!

Its really frustrating that Im given an estimate of 5-6 months (by contract) to receive my order and were now past 7 months. When I called I was told its out of their hands due to COVID; seems like an unreasonable excuse when weve been dealing with COVID for over two years Update: Got our chair finally! The piece is beautiful and very functional- however it arrived damaged due to the delivery service (looks like an appliance scratched it). JC Perreault was proactive in arranging someone to come over to fix it (still waiting for this service)- Im looking forward to having our piece the way it was intended. For now, Im still grateful for its comfort!

The service and delivery at the store were great. The product leaves something to be desired. I purchased an L-shaped sectional. The pieces constantly separate. Overall, I am satisfied with the comfort of the couch, and the store, but am disappointed in the quality of the connectors between the different sectional pieces.

Absolutely amazing service from Denys Cauchy. Friendly, approachable and not pushy. Let us take our time looking and offered help when appropriate. He was very personable and helped us find the perfect couch that met all the criteria we had. Highly recommend asking for him at LAZYBOY Kirkland.

The lady greeting us was very kind helping us with the stock they had in house but the waiting time to get the furniture can be up to 8 month!!! Yes, is crazy! But true!
