Car wash ticket denied. Purchased a car wash in Dec. 2022. Went to use it today (May 4, 2023) Was told that the wash code (the ticket) was used on April 15, 2023. Not by me, but I was refused another one. The owner/manager told me (basically)...just too bad. Hmm. Escalated to Esso Customer Service, and got a gift card for my troubles. This was my favorite station...now, I dont know.
