Very poor quality work. I do not recommend. The contractor was paid in full (45K) as the final invoice states. Anyone is welcome to come and see the work done by this company .. as well as the invoice. Approx. 15 stones have cracked since being installed by Stone Solutions in the fall of 2020. Stone Solutions was contacted and requested on numerous occasions to come and inspect the cracked stones but have never followed up in person (only reason why they were contacted). Also, the front staircase needs to be totally redone because heights were not respected and work was very poorly done. In short, the purpose of this forum is not to put out dirty launry (as the owners appear to do when they receive a negative review) but as a constructive forum to inform potential clients of positive or negative based experiences with Stone Solutions and other suppliers. Ours was certainly a very negative experience. I would simply suggest to avoid and do your own due diligence. I got referalls but they were seemingy worthless. Oct 2021:Techo Bloc has since replaced all 22 plus cracked stones and confirmed that the cracks were due to poor installation. We now need to redo full front staircase and landing as it was poorly done.

they guys did my drive way wall last year and I asked them to come and install the sods and small cement works. we talked the price and one day before coming called and increased the price (less than 10 days). I reached to an agreement for the cementing but he didn't appeared. I did the grass my self and the day after he came and when saw I did the grass, left without doing the cement. very non-professional and greedy.

Certains ont pu tre corrigs au fur et mesure que les travaux avanaient, mais d'autres n'ont jamais t faits malgr notre demande en ce sens. Comme je disais, nous sommes insatisfaites des travaux l'gard de certains points. D'abord, il n'a pas t possible d'avoir notre facture indiquant que nous avions complt le paiement. Andreas nous a donn bien des excuses, dont le fait qu'il avait un problme avec son ordinateur. Aussi, l'asphalte a t mal fait tout le long de la clture, car l'asphalte install a pouss le bas de la clture, qui venait rcemment d'tre installe. Nous avons demand que la situation soit corrige en coupant l'asphalte qui dborde sous la clture. On est venu en faire une partie, mais d'autres parties n'ont pas t retouches malgr plusieurs appels et courriels la compagnie pour venir corriger totalement la situation. Nous avons envoys une mise en demeure pour obtenir une facture dtaille avec la fin des travaux et indiquant que le paiement avait t complte, malheureusement aucune rponse de leur part. Pour fins fiscales, nous avons d remettre le devis qu'ils nous avaient fournis indiquant le montant pay du dpt, plutt qu'une facture officielle. Comme indiqu dans un commentaire prcdent, il suffit de faire des recherches sur le registre des entreprises du Qubec pour voir que le propritaire, Andreas Biancardi, a t propritaire de plusieurs compagnie avant celle-ci et qu'il finit toujours par dclarer faillite. C'est un vendeur, qui indique avoir beaucoup d'exprience dans le domaine. Il vous fera sentir qu'il connait bien son affaire. J'imagine que oui. Par contre, il n'offre aucun service aprs-vente. Au contraire, il disparait sans daigner rpondre aux messages ou aux courriels. Je vous conseille d'viter!

Bad contractors are two kinds. The incompetent and the deviant. This guy is the latter. He is as dishonest as they come. Just the fact that this guy has 4.5 stars is a proof for my claim. Have you notice how almost all the 5 star ratings are given by people with only one review? Also he never knows the people that give him bad reviews. From the get go he starts to cheat you, either by jacking up the price of an already signed contract, by using subpar material, or by fake inflated supplier receipts. His finish work is good only for one year after that the pavers start shifting and plants start dying, by this time good luck finding him, since by this time he either have declared bankruptcy and moved on to victimize other people under another corporate name, or does not answer your calls at all. My advice to you save you money and stay away! or if you have already signed a contract with him, watch him like a hawk check and double check his receipts!!!
