Outrageously terrible customer service. Representatives are rude, timelines for resolution are comically slow, just overall egregious service. I've been waiting two months for replacement for a product, was told it would be here by today, and now being told it's on backorder. NO updates initiated by the company, I've had to enquire throughout the whole process. And the delay is costing me money, as the product I need replaced was to help cut costs at home. Just outrageous. The company should be embarrassed, *especially* because I see reviews with the same complaints from A YEAR AGO. Get it together! I'm a customer service manager, and happy to advise so you can try to run a properly functioning customer service department. The current state of things is completely absurd.

Weve been trying to get a warranty replacement looked after for over 2 months through this company. I understand were in a pandemic and shipping is slow, but the lack of information in updates has been an issue. A large package (faulty return from another customer with their name still on it) was mistakenly mailed to us, we were given the wrong instructions twice for what to do with it. We are frustrated that the contact will not give us someone else to talk with after they have made these mistakes. I wouldnt recommend dealing with this company at this time. I would happily change my review if and when they manage to solve the issues we are having, use proper communication and procedures, and get us our replacement (or even an ETA for that replacement) under that warranty within a reasonable time period.
