Stef is incredible, very professional and extremely knowledgeable with both her craft and the body. I had two sessions with Stef for a very painful and problematic frozen shoulder. I couldn't raise my left arm above a 90 angle and experienced pain daily. Stef was able to expertly identify the problem area and work the muscles to relieve my pain. As a result I no longer suffer at all with a frozen shoulder, I have regained full use of my arm and the pain has gone entirely. I highly recommend Stef, and will be returning in the future.

I had so much pain in my upper back and Stefania really worked the most painful area. Not only did she relax the muscles and tissues, but she moved an emotional energy blockage that was stuck in that area. My pain was totally gone and it has not come back. I highly recommend Stefania as a massage therapist.
