My personal experience at kinatex was very straightforward and easygoing. I would recommend anyone to go see Eric for any rehabilitation work that they need done. 5 star in my book

Unfortunately both my physiotherapists at Kinatex West Island didn't listen to my needs or limitations following my injury. Both were unwilling to adapt treatment following slower than usual healing progression and my last physio session the physio was belittling and unprofessional. Fired Kinatex and found a physio more in tune with the needs of the patient. In regards to Kinatex response to my review - it's arrogant to say you disagree with the details of my experience as a patient, but when you're not willing to listen to the patient, I guess this is what you get...
