Couldnt have asked for a better experience in buying our first home! Jon was always available to answer questions, he drove all over the province to accompany us on visits, and most importantly he was attentive to all of our needs and concerns throughout the whole process. We are now the proud owners of a home that we are so excited about and we couldnt have gotten here without Jons expertise!

Jon spent the better part of a year answering me day, night, and on weekends whenever I had questions. He prepared multiple lists of properties that conformed to my ever-evolving needs, never mind running all over Montreal week after week trying to find the right place. I could always trust him to give me all the information about a property, or to point out things that I would have easily missed as a first time buyer. His advice was also invaluable when dealing with the extremely volatile 2021 market and I can honestly say that I doubt that I would have been able to find such a perfect house without his help. I cannot recommend him enough!
