Super accommodating, it was my first visit to a vet for my own animal, and from the check in, to the doctor's evaluation. Everyone was super kind and professional.

I would like to share my experience with the people who are considering to visit this clinic for your pets.. please read as a reference. This place is not for everyone. We had to leave this place this time unfortunately since the doctors philosophy and protocols how she care for her patients were so different from mineAND I couldnt afford the treatments they offer to my dogs. The doctor is such a lovely lady and i wish i could stay with her but probably this clinic is mainly for the people who can afford the fees she charges (its much more expensive compared to other ones) and live in the area where she has the clinic (Kirkland, Beaconsfield etc..). I personally dont need series of blood tests twice a year for my 14 year old and again i cant afford hundreds of dollars for that. I believe that living with animals is such precious experience and not just for rich people. everyone should be able to afford their care. So i guess i should keep looking for a better vet for my fluffy friends :)
