He acted surprised/pretended he didn't know when we asked him how to file a claim if employee breaks stuff, then he did not apologies when we showed him the damage he made instead he told us it was just a screw (not to mention he made a mess in our son's room) Very unprofessional as he only wore socks while he was on the ladder and doing the inspection when you supposed to wear non-silp/enclosed footwear for safety reason. We contacted the company inquired on how to make a claim and was advised the supervisor will contact us as soon as possible to let us know how to make a claim, but we have not yet received the call/email
