We had an appointment booked to get a hitch installed at this location. No one called back to confirm our appointment time, which was something they were supposed to do, so we had to call. Got it all confirmed finally, ignoring the rude person on the phone. Then, we came in at our appointment time, only to be told someone bumped it to the next week. Without letting us know. And that's not doable for us, as we needed the gear installed on the very day we had confirmed our appointment for. The staff refused to correct their mess up. Awesome, uhaul.

They gave me a truck without even checking it. First truck had zero gas, second truck had check engine light and top of this the manager doesn't let you park the car front of the building. This is definately new way how to do business and the begining of going bunckrupt. Never again deal with Uhaul. There are plenty of companies that strive for success and they would love to have new clients
