        Destination: Montreal. First off, Shirley was very helpful and very fast and efficient. The problem is how to get to her! The company phone system and relay is totally useless and whoever answers the reception extension seems totally bored and not in the mood to help. Expect having to call 10 times before getting to someone. Another major issue is the lack of follow up! When my cargo was coming in no one notified me. I've been importing and exporting for 10 years and you're always notified when the shipment is coming or about to arrive. I had to call and check personally and boy was I lucky because it happened to just come in but then......... Nothing!! No follow up.....ZERO. Shirley.... Thank you for your help.
